First of all, you need to ensure that the membership form you fill out when registering contains complete and up-to-date information. In case of any problem after your order, our customer representatives will contact you using the contact information in your membership details. Your order will be sent to the delivery address you provided. To avoid any problems during cargo delivery, you must write your address with all details.

 

How can I place an order?
To place an order through our site, you must first register on our site. After creating your membership, you can go to the page of the product you want to buy, select your preferred color and size, and add the product to your cart by clicking the "Add to Cart" button. Afterwards, by clicking "My Cart" on the top right of our page, you can enter your payment information after the shipping and delivery information requested by the system and place your order.


Which cargo company will my order be sent with?
The cargo companies that will send your orders placed through our site will appear during the order stages, and you need to make a selection.


How much is the shipping fee?
The shipping fee, which will be calculated by the system based on your purchase made through our site, will be specified during the cargo selection in the order stages.


I have placed my order, what happens next?
Orders you place on our site will be sent to your address quickly and securely via our solution partner cargo companies. The shipping time may vary depending on product groups. Average shipping times are specified in the product details.

During special days and holidays, care is taken to ship your orders on the first business day. In addition, delivery time may vary due to weather and road conditions despite being shipped.


How can I track the status of my order?
You can track all orders you have placed through our site in the "My Orders" section of your account page after logging in.


My order has been shipped. How can I check its status?
After logging in, your orders are listed on your account page. You can track the status of your shipped order by clicking on the shipping link next to your order.


What should I pay attention to when receiving the product?
Please open and check packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the cargo official who delivered them. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by having the cargo company prepare a report. Please remember that once the product is received, you are considered to have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

Return Information

Every product you purchase is under the guarantee of its manufacturer.

You can return the product you purchased in the condition you received it, without opening/damaging/spoiling the packaging, and without using the product, within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date. Please return the product with the product invoice, a petition including your order number, or a return form.

Please open and inspect packages that you believe were damaged during shipment in front of the company official who delivered them. If there is any damage to the product, do not accept the product by having the cargo company prepare a report. Please remember that once the product is received, you are considered to have accepted that the cargo company has fully fulfilled its duty.

Returns of products that have been opened, used, damaged, or otherwise altered will not be accepted.

The customer is obliged to return the product in the condition it was delivered to them, and if use has occurred, to compensate for the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

In the event that the customer returns the product or withdraws from their purchase, the product price will be refunded within ten (10) days from the moment the returned product reaches Us. Credit card product refunds are made by your bank within 2-6 weeks. Our company has no control over this period.

In cases where opening, damage, breakage, destruction, tearing, use, and similar conditions are detected in the product and its packaging, and if the product cannot be returned in the condition it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be accepted, and its price will not be refunded.

For malfunctions that may occur after the product is delivered to the customer, authorized service centers of the manufacturer should be contacted.

In cases where the above conditions are met, shipping fees for returned products will be paid by the customer.

Bank transfer refunds will be made within 2 business days, and credit card refunds within 3 business days. Your bank may not reflect credit card refunds to your account on the same day. In this case, you need to call your bank's credit card service. After the "Canceled" alert appears for your order, the entire amount is refunded to your credit card or the bank you made the transfer to. For installment sales, refunds made by your bank are reflected as a positive balance to your credit card each month.
